Are you still unsure of what you’re truly enthusiastic about?
People wrongfully discover their passion most of the time. You can’t figure out your passion just by thinking about it, no matter how hard you try. Rather, you must take action and feel your way to your truth from within.
Here are… ✨
We tend to devote our resources, including time and money, to activities that are important to us. Find some common denominators. The interests that have remained with you over the years may be more closely tied to a passion.
For whatever reason, you may look forward to a certain day of the week or time of day. Making a note of where and with whom your high points occur will help you determine whether your passions are tied to your profession or other aspects of life.
Consider how you engage with others. What types of conversations do you find most enjoyable? Do you get very excited when discussing a particular topic? If you’re stuck for ideas, you may also ask close friends and family what you always talk about.
As you investigate the things that naturally pique your interest in daily life, you may want to evaluate what it is about those things that stimulate your interest. Exploring these variables in depth may take some time but it will help.
At this stage, you’ve got to quit talking and start doing. If you don’t like something, you only have two options: quit doing it or love it with all your heart. When you commit to loving everything you do, you strengthen your “passion muscles” from the inside.
Put in the effort in identifying your passion, and you will discover that your days are more full, resulting in more happiness and well-being in the long run. #LiveTheGreatLife #RubenLicera #FindRealPassion
